2026 Annual Meeting Corporate Partner Information 

CACRAO welcomes you to its 2026 Annual Meeting! The Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Each year, CACRAO has approximately 200 members from 75 institutions across the Carolinas and southeast attend this event. During the three days, you will have multiple interactions and breakouts with conference attendees.

REGISTRATION ($550)

Registration for Corporate Partners opens on Monday, September 14, 2026. One registration for the Annual Meeting includes:

  • Exhibit/display space at conference venue with one table and one chair per registrant
  • Entry to meals, evening events and hospitality suite
  • Access to electrical outlet at exhibit area (indicate in registration)
  • Wireless network access in exhibit area

Additional registrants from the same company/organization are $150 each.

PAYMENT

The CACRAO Corporate Partner Exhibit Liability Contract must be acknowledged during the online registration and fee payment made to reserve exhibit space and advertise on the conference website. Payment is due 10 days after registration.

Effective August 1, 2024, CACRAO will no longer accept check payments. This decision was made after careful consideration by the Executive Committee and is aimed at streamlining our financial processes, limiting lost revenue due to nonpayment, and ensuring a secure and efficient payment system.

  • There are no refunds.
  • Sponsors will be determined by the order in which the request and payments are received.
  • Logos will be advertised on the CACRAO website and social media pages once payment is received.

  • Sole sponsorship of conference keynote speaker: opportunity to introduce the speaker and have your logo displayed on the projection screen prior to the speaker.
  • Sponsorship of conference keynote speaker displayed in the mobile app on the main screen.
  • Advertising insert in conference tote (insert provided by partner).

  • Sole sponsorship of conference plenary speaker: opportunity to introduce the speaker and have your logo displayed on the projection screen prior to the speaker.
  • Sponsorship of conference plenary speaker displayed in the mobile app on the main screen.
  • Advertising insert in conference tote (insert provided by partner).
  • Contact list of meeting registrants (2-weeks prior to the conference) for 2 advertising contacts.
  • Company name/logo on CACRAO website and social media pages.
  • Session presentation time slot (guaranteed).

Scenic Route Sponsor ($3,000) 

Scenic Route sponsorship may include one selection from the following:
*Preference is given in order in which payment is received for a platinum sponsorship

  • Evening event sponsorship: announcements throughout the event indicating your support at either the Sunday or Monday evening event and recognition sign at the event.
  • Company name on conference badge holders.
  • Company logo printed on conference totes.
