CACRAO Membership

CACRAO membership is per institution and is based on school enrollment size. Any institution of higher education in North or South Carolina may apply for full membership. Associate and affiliate memberships are available to other institutions. Any employee of a member institution who is interested in the work of the Association is encouraged to attend meetings and participate in discussions.

Only one payment per institution is required for membership dues (from the Admissions or Registrar's Office).

Dues run from January 1-December 31 each year. Payment is due no later than April 30 each year.

Deadlines & Fees

The membership renewal deadline is April 30.

Annual dues amounts vary by institution undergraduate student population size:

Undergraduate FTE Dues
0 - 2,500 $100
2,501 - 10,000 $125
10,001 - 20,000 $150
20,000 + $200

*Amounts are for full (General-NC/SC) membership, associate membership or affiliate membership.

Membership Renewal

Membership renewal emails are sent each January to your institution's key contact. If you would like to check on the status of your renewal please contact our Treasurer or Administrative assistant.
