The Constitution & By-Laws Committee is responsible for considering any changes to the Association's Constitution and By-Laws and make recommendations to the membership at the annual meeting.

Committee Description
The committee will periodically review the Association's Constitution & By-Laws to ensure that the needs of members and member institutions are being met and that the Association is best positioned for future success. Additional expectations include, but is not limited to:
- Any amendments to the constitution must be submitted to the Constitution and By‐laws Committee for review prior to the Annual Meeting.
- The Committee will review and make recommendations for amendments to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
- Approved changes will go into effect immediately following the Annual Meeting.
